Total Overtime Hrs and Amount in Payslip

Hello HR Gurus,

I want to display total Overtime hrs and total amount payment for the overtime in payslip but how can i achieve this? please help us. thank you very much.

Note: We are maintaining overtime hrs in IT2005,

Country: Philippines, Form name used: PHSL country grouping is 48

    If you use the Remuneration Statement and you have a WT in the Payroll Results Table (RT) that holds the information you want to print, then you can make that information appear in your "Payslip".

    Please search this forum for all the tips on "Payslip" and "Remuneration Statement" to get more information.

      Hi,

      you are transferring the no.of overime hours through time management by the entering IT2005. Create one wage type in the tbale V_T510S. After that maintain the 17 processing class with "A" specification in the table V_512W_D. after maintain this check the wage type is coming in the ZL table in CUMBT fuction. After coming wage type in the ZL tbale , go to V_512W_B , select your wage type and double click on that wage type, then it will goes to another screen, in the screen provide the 01 under valuation base filed, enter 100 under percentage blankl field. then run the simulation payroll and check the ZLIT funcion.

      once wage type is coming in the ZLIT function, check SORT function with RT inernal table, if wage type are coming in this internal table,. Run the live payroll for that employee. After that Maintain the wage type required window in your payslip using with RT table.

    For the overtime wage type, please check Evaluation Class 2. If the value is 00 (two zeros), the wage type won't print on the form.

      Hi Guyz, we already solved the problem in overtime, we found out that commenting the "DAYPR TC00 PDC" in PHT0 schema is the reason why payroll is bypassing the computation of overtime....anyway thanks to all you guyz :D...
