Reg the fields in the one time vendor

Hi

We are implementing 1099 functionality for the reporting year 2010 foir the country US. I need the following clarifications.

1. When will the official note for the legal changes for the new form for the year 2010 will be delivered by SAP & If its released can you let me know the SAP note # for the year 2010.

2. Is there is a way to validate the file generated out of the Generic WTH reporting
