HRA as a default componet in 0008 is not getting reflected.

Respected seniors,

As per the requirment i need to default HRA as default component in the basic pay-0008 so that while hiring, HRA along with all the other basic pay component like basic pay,conveyance etc. will come automatically for the a new employee and the end user just have to put the amount and save it.

I have copied HRA from M230.

I have checked the wage type permissibility per info type

Revise default wage types for basic pay is ok.

checkedit in V_t551,this is also Ok........But still while hiring a new employee although the other components are getting reflected HRA is not.

Please help me out with this.......your valuable inputs would be highly appreciable

The problem has been solved,i have reassigned the components in to wage type group-0008 and now its running fine. and thank you very much for all your help.

Thanks for providing me with your valuable inputs............but to my concern the problem is still there and its not triggered automatically . I have checked all most all the tables and confi you all have mentioned .

HRA entry is present in all the table but not getting defaulted in 0008

Here i would like to mention one thing that if in Payroll India > Tax Liability on Reimbursements, Allowances and Perks > Assign Tax Code Limits to Wage Types-her if i remove the SHRA option then the HRA component is getting defaulted in 0008 and i am not sure whether it is right or wrong as it might hamper the tax calculation .

Secondly requesting you all to guide me a bit on Dynamic Action in 0581.

Please guide me on the same.

Hi Friend,

U want 581 to update IT 0008 with HRA wagetype Value, then check the dynamic action for 0581 in IT008. This dynamic action comes commeted in standard, uncomment the dynamic action to trigger wagetype update in IT0008 when u update infotype 0581.

Apart from that only if auto default in IT0008 U want then again look back to the config and INVAL set up in WT Charac.

Hi Friend,

The wagetype need to be there in 3 tables :

Payscale group and level

Revise default wagetypes

Reimbursement, Allowance and perk table.

Please see the above 3 places carefully.

You have to maintain your HRA wagetype in table V_T539A Default WTs for basic pay....then only it will display automatically in IT0008 while hiring emp.

in order to default the HRA firstly you have to Maintain the IT0581 and it triggers Dynamic Action to IT0008 later it gets triggered

Please cross check the entries for your HRA in the following steps

>IMG -> Payroll: India -> Pay scale Groupings -> Define Pay scale Groupings for Allowance

>IMG -> Payroll: India -> Pay scale Groupings -> Assign Pay Scale Groupings for Allowances

>IMG -> Payroll: India -> Reimbursements, Allowance and Perks -> Assign wage type model for Pay scale grouping for Allowances

>IMG -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Basic Pay -> Wage Types -> Enterprise structure for wage type model

>IMG -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Basic Pay -> Revise Payscale groups and levels

>IMG -> Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Payroll Data -> Basic Pay -> Wage Types -> Revise default wage types

>IMG -> Payroll: India - >Reimbursements, Allowances and Perks->Maintain Default Wage Types for Basic Pay
