Error Downloading XI Conent from Marketplace whit SAP Download Manager

Hi Experts!

I'm trying to download followin objets from Marketplace with SAP Download Manager:

1. SRM SERVER IC

2. XI CONTENT SRM SERVER 7.0

3. XI CONTENT SAP_APPL 604

When the download start nothing happend, and in the status bar shows a message: "The request filed: 400"

Do you have any solution or another way to get those objets?

Hello Matias,

Usually the error 400 in the SAP Download Manager it's related to lack of Download Authorization for you S-user ID or authentication issues.

This error is described in the SAP Note 1082995, if you want to check further information.

Please check your S-users authorizations, if the Download Authorization is missing please contact your super-administrator.

Hi

Change your password at sap Support portal and update the same in the Download manager and try again it should work.

i had the same issue and worked for me after doing the above.
