Time Quota configuration

I am generation through PT60 in positive time evaluation. Whenever i check quotas system is creating monthly quotas and quotas per time evaluation period fine. WHEN it come to YEARLY QUOTAS, start of year to end of year, system is creating quota only at end of year whereas in report RPTQTA if i use for that quota it is generating from start of year to end of year.

Is it a standard system behavior where PT60 generates quota at end of year and taht is absolutely of no use. I have checked validity, deduction, accrual and all other things and even used +12 months but not working.

Is there any way around to this issue.

Does SAP time evaluation Only create quotas at end of year but then what is the fun of that coz that is only valid for the last day of year. If i am doing through RPTQTA it is with the same deduction adn validigty intervals craeting quotas from start of year valid for one year, even I am not putting start of year or end of year, just selecting current year,. Can anyone share his insight on this or experience.

Yes, this is stadnard SAP behavior. Accrual happens in the end of the year.

In fact what you are trying to do is not accrual, but generation of entitlement. Accrual happens based on past/real data, generation on projected data.

I had similar situation and the solution was to put time type as enetilement value (now you most probably have constant). Then on first working day or on beginning of the year populate it with yearly enetilement amount (should be done via rule). Then system will generate yearly entitlement whenever time type value is available.

The time evaluation driver does not generate quotas not already accrued as per standard SAP behaviour. The TQTA reports carry out these functions.
