Dear,
Raj.
You can use most common way to transfer the legacy data to SAP is as LSMW. It is simple to use and efficient , user friendly.
Simply write the LSMW for T.code AS91 for Create Legacy Asset and AS81 for group asset. Maintain the data in .txt format and transfering.
I hope this helps you to understand the issue. If you need any help feel free to share.

Hi,
I guess you are asking for mass data transfer from legacy systems.
The easier option is to write a LSMW for this. T-Code for recording is AS91 for regular assets and AS81 for group assets.

Hi,
You can do a mass change via worklist to change asset master data.
Go to RAGITT_ALV01 for example and create a work list.
However, bear in mind that you need to have the basic customizing in place for using worklist in asset accounting .
Kind regards,
Brigitte
