Access Sequence error in Inclusions/Exclusions..

Dear All,

I have created a new condition table with 2 fields (including a Z field which refers to prod hier top level), access sequence & also maintained condition records.

When I create a sales order for a material I get an error message as " Material is not listed". No Exclusion condition records are maintained.

When I look into the analysis for Inclusion/Exclusion I see Message 027 "ACCESS NOT MADE DUE TO PREVIUOS ACCESS". I think its not reading the condition records..

Please help in solving this issue,
