Hi All,
I have some doubts with SAP Spool system.
1. How many digits a spool ID created in the system comprises of?
2. Is there any configuration behind the spool ID number?
Thanks,
Gopi L.
Hello,
The control of the number range of spool orders is made by the transaction SNUM (object SPO_NUM).

Hello,
That's a unique question I must say.
Out of curiosity i simply displayed the help on output of SP01 transaction by highlighting the Spool Request Number field and got the following:
Spool number
Number that identifies a spool request in the SAP spool system.
Note that spool request numbers are not assigned sequentially. Instead, the spool system assigns a unique ID number (up to ten places) to each spool request.
Hope that helps, for more details I suggest that you look up the Printing guide available on help.sap.com
