Error while creating purchase order with account assignment category "A"

Dear All,

At the time of creating purchase order with account assignment category A - Asset its throwing error as " GL Account 123400 can not be used"

how to resolve this issue"

Hi,

Please checdk the GL control data for that company code at FS00 and check the assignment of GL to the asset.

HI,

Assign all assets GL to Asset Class

spro --> financial accounting new -->assets accounting --> assets accounting (lean Implementation) --> organization structures --> Assign GL

With help of FI Consulatns,Pl ask him to check g/l account linked with asset class belongs to balance sheet account with acct group - Fixed assets.

when we enter A as account assignment category that time system accept only Asset number and order number , here Gl automatially linked to asset , so input of GL required .

We are only entering the asset number but system picks the GL automatically.

then its throw the error.

How to resolve this...

Hi Anand,

that default G/L coming from the asset master ,

check through the AS02 , where the G/L is assigned,

in Gneral tab,account determination.

ask your FI consultant to check the correct G/L.

Hi,

Gl picks from asset master , and make this GL field in PR as display only.

Contact your Finance consultant that these GL contains probelm may be its configuration problem of GL.
