Modifying BPC Infoprovider Properties

Hi Team,

Need a help ASAP

We created Bex Query on top of BPC Multiprovider. I used costcenter as input variable. We executed Bex Query in RSRT Tcode. After Selecting input variable we see description for the variable selected. But the same Query in Portal not displaying the Description for input variable. I found one note and they suggested to change the properties of infoprovider by using RSDCUBE tcode. Can we modify this for BPC Mutiprovider properties from back end?

Any impact by modifying the properties of BPC MP from Backend?
