Problem in SAP Note Implementation - CRM 7.0

Hi,

We got a problem in SAP Note implementation. The problem is, there is note implemented in CRM 6.0 version. Unfortunately they imported this sap note from CRM 6.0 to CRM 7.0. But this note is not applicable to CRM 7.0, and it has deleted some sap standard code and creating the problem in CRM 7.0.

Could you please let me know, how could we solve this problem?
