Modify WorkStatus problem ( MS 5.1 )

Hi guys!

One of our users can modify the workstatus for a certain entity and datasource. In the Step 2 of 2 the 'New work status setting:' box appears blank.

With an Admin user the box appears with all the correct options.

Security settings of the users are correctly configured because past months he modified it without problems and we had not changed it.

When we reproduce it in our development environment with teams, task profiles and member acces profile configured exactly like production environment it works Ok.

What else must be checked?

Hi,

The problem is in the Step 2 of 2. When the validations are not Ok it shows a message in the Step 1 of 2 telling it.

We have not modified the AppSet workstatus validation. If the problem were of Appset configuration no one could have modified workstatus.

Am I right?

Hi,

Have you set any work status settings at the application level. If you have any validation setting there, then that might be a problem. Please review and save the work states at the appset level once again.
