License management

Hi

I have a report that i m compliling for our client they got 52 branches running SAPB1 i need to find out how many users have valid professional license assigned to them, i have extracted the data from the xml file for licenses but it doesnt give me the exact info is the user has license assigned or not looked onto the user table is doesnt say either... Can you please help me find the quicker way to get the data from SQL tables.
