Fixed bin Strategy

I have gone thru the help.sap for the documentation over this and it says that I need to mention the Fixed bin cordinate or number in the material master WM view and addition to stock has to be activated in the Fixed bin storage type master data along with the capapcity check.

Question: suppose we have bin 01-01-01mentioned in the material master and its capacity is 1000 kg now the bin is full and it contains the quant of 1000 kg weight.Now if we want to store further material to this bin I pressume we will get an error message that the bin is full. So what will be the solution for this apart from the obvious solution that to remove the material from bin to create some space in it?
