QM activation for 542 movement

Hi !,

Can someone help me out to create automatic inspection lot for 542 movement. I tried using inspection setup as 08, still no lot is created for both 541 & 542 movement. Here the requirement is like this. " We send materials for subcontracting w.r.t PO, here we recieve good material using 101 movement & rejected materials are send back to the company using 542 movement. Now i require to analyse & record results for the defects in rejected materials through 542 movement". How to proceed with this?
