costcenter not visible

Hi,

One of my users has around 10 cost centers under her group head. And for all 10 cost centers member access profile is assigned and read_write access is provided.

Strangely she is only able to view 9 cost centers when she wants to do selection condition through BPC excel. One cost center is not visible under her group head. I checked the security setting everything looks fine, and the Entity dimension member sheet hierarchy also looks ok.

Please let me know what could be the problem.
