Partial delivery even if complete delivery indicator set

Hello,

We have complete delivery indicator in cusotmer master but the system is creating partial deliveries for a sales order. Can someone guide why this is so. If there are chances of a code written for overriding complete delivery indicator, do I need to check in item level data transfer routine(copy control betwen sales order and delivery) ?. If yes, what is the internal table/strucure which carries this complete delivery indicator in data transfer routine ? If it is a user exist which is playing a role, which is the user exit

If you want the delivery only created if all the items are ready - then in the customer master for the ship-to-party - check the complete delivery box. As said in a different answer double check in your sales order that the complete delivery box is checked. If you want to manually do it for each order click the box.

You can also set this via the line. You would do this based on the customer, sales organization, and material number transaction VD51. This can also be set manually.

Hi

Please check the sales order for the complete delivery indicator. If it is not copied into sales order, then you should check for the reasons for not copying. Observe before saving the sales order.

Check if the Customer Master (i.e. Ship to Party) is also having the complete delivery indicator set.
