PHP RFC

Hello, I got here via "Getting started" - so not sure if this is the right place to ask.

I want to get started with PHP/Python RFC module, not really any ABAP/Netweaver development.

I got ABAP Netweaver 701SR12008 Installation Master, and installed sapinst.

sapinstgui now gives me an error:

"Specify the environment variable JCE_POLICY_ZIP and restart.

See also SAP note 1238121."

I did google for "SAP note 1238121". However this did not help much, as I get redirected to diverse download locations (http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/sap-gui#section30, http://service.sap.com/swdc) where my exisitng account doesn't seem to authenticate me.

Can anyone advise?
