Wrong revision level in result of CNS52 report

Dear experts,

Although actual revision level of material xyz equals "B" and project ABC was launched against that

revision, in the result of CNS52 revision "*" is shown.

This means wrong revision is derived in CNS52 report.

Then from where the revision level is showing in cns52 report?

Is there something wrong with the launching or something wrong with CNS52, or we just choose a wrong way to check the current material revision of project?
