Function modules modified/changed in higher version of SAP

Hi All,

I have a requirement in which I need to find out all the Function modules that have been modified/changed in higher version.

For ex: For a FM there might be only 2 import parametres and 1 table parameter in version 4.7. The same FM might have 1 extra import parameter and 2 export parameters added in ECC 6.0.

I need to find out from where I can get this infomation. Is there any table in which these informations are stored?
