I have a QM activated material. for that material an order is created forr 200 no.s.. It has auto GR in the production sched profile..
And the prod sched profile is assigned in the material master.
In OPK4 the over delivery is not checked..
when i do confirmation for the last operation for 220, the auto GR is not happening..
In COGI, the error tells the order qty s exceded by 20..
Even though there are settings which allow this posting, it is coming into COGI..
Please explain how to solve
Dear SAP125,
Include the check box for unlimited over delivery either in the production order under Goods receipt tab page or else in the work
scheduling view and then check for over delivery posting during confirmation.
In my understanding after this setting it does not goes to COGI.
Check and revert

Dear SAP125,
In OPK4 in the first tab page, make the settings as X - Error When over delivery tolerance is exceeded.
Also in the second tab page include the check box for termination for incorrect goods movements in OPK4 for the order type and
plant combination.
Check with this settings and revert

YOu have not understood my question.
The current settings are, over delivery tolerance is not checked.
SO whatever be the confirmation qty ,system should allow. But it is not allowing and the qty is coming to COGI.
can this be avoided and can the delivery of goods can be done for the confirmation qty without coming to COGI..
Hi sap125,
Please check the following remark on the "overdelivery not checked" option in OPK4
Dependencies
The setting in this key is only evaluated if the unlimited overdelivery indicator in the header of the production order (tab page goods receipt) is not set. That is, when an unlimited overdelivery is not permitted.

Sm.
Dear
Go to OPJB and check the RU117 message, it should be blank. i .e. planned order quantity should be blank to confirmation quantity. I think it may be as E, so make it blank and try.

Dear SAP125,
Check in OPK4 for the order type and plant combination the check box for termination for incorrect goods movements under
Individual General Entry (second tab) is included.
If it is included means the system will not allow you to post or save the data.
If this check box is not included means the system allows to save the confirmation with error movements going to COGI.
Also in the first tab page for over delivery make the setting as X - Error when over delivery tolerance is exceeded.
Check and revert
