Screen defaults in 8.8

Can someone please explain how when some users press Find on a screen their cursor defaults in the first search field eg BP Code, Item Code etc and for other users it does not?

We have a client with 6 installations and 3 have the cursor default and the others do not.

Is there a new setting in B1 that we are unaware of?
