SAP solution for customer travel arrangements


Can anyone share your wisdom on whether there is an SAP solution for managing customer's business travel (manage hotel arrangements, fuel arrangements, concierge services, etc). Using SAP standard 3PL process (Sales order -> Purchase order -> Billing ) would help to some extent. However a lot of these conceirge services would not know to us until after the services are rendered. So, we will not be able to create a line item on the sales order and create necessary purchase orders ahead of the time. It almost has to go backwards. When we receive an invoice from the vendor, we know which services are rendered to our customers and at this point we can add the appropriate services to the sales order. So, I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with a similar process and is aware of any standard or industry solution.
