Estamos enfrentando um problema com as Licenças Definitivas enviadas pela SAP. Ao importarmos a Licença e verifcamos que na aba componentes tem 7 licenças professional solicitada, ou seja, a quantidade solicitada. Mas ao informar as mesma nos usuário são habilitadas somente 5 licenças. E até o momento não conseguimos localizá-lo.

I guess you have requested 7 professional users component license but after importing the license, there is only 5 professional users that available. is it true ? if yes, you must stop the service manager and then delete the B1Upf.xml file under C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\License. Before stopping the service manager, all users must log out from SBO.

After deleting the file, import again the license file. You will have 7 professional users.
