Problem view J2ee Engine Developer Studio

Hi all,

Options by pressing right button on server0 in view j2ee engine are disabled for some reason. The all functions are in grey color.

I found the following post --> [Restart J2EE Engine by Developer Studio|Restart J2EE Engine by Developer Studio] but do not know what the sdm user to give administrator roles .

This is the right way? or Is it by a configuration in Visual Administrator?
