accounting documents in material document

Hi Experts

I am working for upgrade project 4.6 to ECC6

i got one issue- in 4.6 in Material Document(MB03 or MIGI-FIfollup documents) we are getting 3 accounting documents but in ECC 6 we are getting only 2 accounting documents,movement type is same for both cases.

plese help me to fix this issue.
