Running xMII 11.5 - we have a transaction that is being executed as a Web Service. The request is being generated from a Trusted Server and therefore has never required a userid or password to be passed as parameters. This ran without issue for a long period of time - but, recently we are starting to see the following error in the SOAPRunner log: User Not Authorized To Execute Transaction [Transaction Name]. The other interesting item is that this issue is only occurring on about 5% of the calls to the transaction/WS. The other 95% of the calls work and there does not appear to be any environmental changes that would account for the failures. Any ideas?

Have you looked at the Transaction security section to compare some of the 95% with the 5% problemmatic TRX's? By default the user would be a local admin and a member of the Administrators role.
Any dual NIC cards on your servers? Could the IP address for the inbound Trusted Server configuration vary in certain situations and require multiple entries?
