Track Changes in Planned Orders

Question. Is there a way to track changes made to Planned Orders?

I created a stock planned order ("LA") in MD11, I then changed the quantity in MD12, but I cannot see this change tracked anywhere in the system. Table CDHDR doesn't have a record either. I would like to know who did it, and what was changed.

Does SAP not track changes to planned orders or should I turn something on so it does?
