mass change of PO's

HI Gurus,

is there a mass way to change some old PO's. The things we want to change are, setting the delivery completed indicator, closing out the line items etc.

hi,

You can MEMASSPO transaction..

use field ELIKZ for del. compl. indicator..

MEMASSPO won't work for setting delivery complete indicator/blocking p.o line items.

Try to do it with LSMW.

Or you can use SHDB if your version is older than 4.7.

If you have the option to use LSMW, use it, cos it's easier than SHDB.

Hi,

Goto TCode MEMASSPO and select the Field name MASSEKPO-ELIKZ for Delivery completed indicator and execute. Give the desired selection parametrs and again execute.
