Hallo.
My systems update the SLD of my solution manager.
If I watch on service.sap.com Data Administration->System Data->System Data Maintenance, I don't see the systems information updated : old support packages for example and not the new support packages.
What could I check'?
Thanks.
Mario

Hallo.
The Job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP works.
Now I have this log in the job :
REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT
Job started
Step 001 started (program AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, variant , user ID SOLMAN_BTC)
No Businss Partners will be generated from SAP Customer numbers
No system headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal
License data collected (customer number: 0000123456)
Job finished
And the data in the SAPPortal are old.
What coul I check?
Thanks.

Hallo.
The problem isn't solved.
I see the data not updated in the system data.
I have the log:

Step 001 started (program AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, variant , user ID SOLMAN_BTC)
No Businss Partners will be generated from SAP Customer numbers

What could I check, please?

Do you have already set the required settings in transaction SMSY for the system to be synchronized?
Extract of Application Help (See link above)
Procedure
Choose a system whose data is to be synchronized.
Choose the System Data in SAP Support Portal tab.
If the system displays a system number, continue with step 4.
If the system does not display a system number:
Choose Read System Number.
If the system number is not determined, choose it from the possible entries help.
The system gets the system number from the SAP Support Portal. The system number is uniquely assigned to the system installation number, and is required for the synchronization of system data.
To change data which you can only maintain in the SAP Support Portal, e.g. Add-On product version and use type data, choose Installation Data or System Data.
You go to the SAP Support Portal maintenance screen
Synchronize the system data between SAP Solution Manager and SAP Support Portal:
Choose the synchronization setting in the Synchronization frame.
Recommendation
You should synchronize all systems.
End of the recommendation.
To test the synchronization or transfer changes to a system into the SAP Support Portal immediately, choose Synchronize.
Save your changes.
If relevant changes are made to the system data, the Automatic Data Capture for System Landscape synchronizes the systems to be synchronized, periodically, according to your settings.
Ok.
Now it works.
This is the scenario: central SLD updates SMSY of Solution Manager, and when I synchronize Solution Manager updates the Data of service.sap.com.
Now I have only the problem that the SAP HR patches level is not updated on SLD, somebody knows which is the cause?
I see:
EA-HRCAR 600 0000
EA-HRCAR 600 0000
EA-HRCAT 600 0000
EA-HRCAU 600 0000
.
.
.
But the patch level is 0053, not 0000
Thanks.
Mario
The SLD has to be correct before Solution Manager or SMSY will reflect the correct data and so on (to your other sync requirements)
I think what you are saying is that if you go to SLD Technical System Landscape for the systems in question it displays 0000 in the SLD and therefore Solution Manager will not be able to accurately fetch SP levels from SLD for this system
Firstly we do not recommend manually maintaining systems in SLD - if it is the case this system with incorrect SP levels has been added manually to the SLD then you will need to update the SP level manually
Instead it is recommended for use with Solution Manager for SLD to be updated by RZ70 on the satellite system this delivers an initial registration and subsequent changes periodically including latest SP data etc - please check RZ70 is defined correctly and working in the satellite system that is incorrect in SLD in particular check the "ABAP Data Collection Programs" are running
specifically SLDINSTSP which returns support package data - this is scheduled using the "Schedule background job indicator" in RZ70
Best wishes
Stuart

Hallo.
The job is scheduled but it doesn't update the system data.
I had an error on the job:
SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP
Job started
Step 001 started (program AI_SC_SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP, variant , user ID SOLMAN_BTC
SSM determined as monitoring Solution Manager system
SAP customer number unknown for installation number nnnnnnnn
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
Now I correct the error on the view V_AISAPCUSTNOS and I inserted the line:
"Cust.no name Gen.All NoRFC Processor Link Solution"
"nnnnn X xxxxxx"
But the system data didn't update.
So what could I check?
Thanks.
Mario
Hi,
The problem could be due to the view V_AISAPCUSTNOS has not been
maintained with the customer number.
As a result, the table AIINSTALLATIONS is not updated with the
customer number info which is needed by the job
SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP.
Please could you run SM30 on view V_AISAPCUSTNOS and maintain the
customer number in the field "Cust no." ?
It is sufficient to maintain the field "Cust no." alone.
After that, please manually trigger the job
REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT to run so the table AIINSTALLATIONS
is populated with the required info.
Then, please check if the job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP
completes successfully.
Hope this helps,
Cheers
