SAP Query issue

Hi,

I have created one query and 1 infoset, assigned it to one user gooup

I have below question:

1. I could not understand the use of user group because I could make changes other queries even my user ID is not assigned to that user groups.

2. I want to give authorization to 5 user in that 2 must have change authorization and 3 can only execute that report.

let me know how can I map this requirement.
