Delivery for intercompany PO

Hi All,

In case of intercompany P2P delivery system is not allowing to create delivery when there is no stock.

It is giving error Delivery cann't be create with zero quantity. But in case of Sales delivery system is allowing

us to create delivery even though there is no stock.

Could you please inform why Delivery( NLCC Delivery Type) is not being created when stock is zero.

What is the cofiguration in it?
