Required to implement Oracle DB parameters after Oracle patch

Dear All ,

AIX , Oracle 10.2.0.4 , ECC 6.0.

Recently i have upgraded Oracle patch 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4 .

let me know how to implement recommended below DB parameters in newly upgraded system.
