Unable to Archive Work Items Even Status = Committed

Hi Friends,

Some of the Work Items we are unable to Archive from the Work Flow Even if they have Status = Committed or Cancelled, Which are Eligible Statuses for Archiving Thru The Program WORKITEM_WRI.

Could some one suggest or Provide the solution why those Work Items are still in the same status and Not Archiving.

And the top workitem id is also status completed?

Hi Robert,

When we Archive the Work Items they should be archive which are having Status Completed or Cancelled.

But some times work items are not archiving even if they have above status.

I checked the Table-Field SWWWIHEAD-WI_CHCKWI = INITIAL. Some of the Items having Initial and some are not.

Which are having Initial they should Archive Compulasary as per the condition in the Archiving Program [WORKITEM_WRI].

Could you provide me the solution how can I Archive those Work Items which are remained with the above statuses.
