Class and method for infotype updation

Hi All,

I am working on the salary change workflow. I want to update infotypes 0000, 0001, 0008 based on the manager's decision.

I am stuck up in the updation of infotype after approval. Is there any standard Class and method to do it? or any standard BO

to do it? Or do i have to create Custom class? Please tell me as soon as possible.

The last couple of days these questions have been answered. For Infotype 8 there exists BO BASICPAY, it does have an update feature.

For the others check BUS1065 and EMPLOYEET

If no standard methods exist you have to create your own, check the HCM forums and the abap forums on the usage of FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION (this also has online documentation by SAP)

Just a minor point: "updation" is not the correct term (or an English word). It should be "update".
