G/L Account is Missing in Goods Receipt Po in SAP 2005

Hi Experts,

Am using SAP 2005 Business One in that goods receipt po Screen it generates a error....

G/L account is missing [Goods Receipt PO-Rows-Warehouse Code]'

PLZ rectify thz and give a solution....

Hi Jefsas.....

Are you maintaining your accounting system as Purchase accounting system?

If yes then alongwith Allocation, Stock accounts you have to map purchase account and its offset in warehouse and item group level.

Just try this......

Hi,

In case if you are using purchase accounting, see if the purchase offset accounts and clearing accounts are mapped too.

Hi jafesas

try this in test DB

if your Set G/L account by is warehouse then select all account code in warehouse tab then try to add , your problem will be solve

major account code as follows:
1.Inventory Account
   Allocation Account

2.In taxcode check A/P Tax account

Hi,

Have you Mapped all the mandatory account for example "Allocation Account" which is must for Goods Receipt.

if you are using freight check GL accounts are mapped in freight window.
