that is extremely standard, its like asking for not allowing people to click the close window button.
You could try something with program exits or copy decision.process method to another BO and do your changes from there.
Or you could create your own method for displaying data and choosing an option.
Better yet, tell us what the functional requirement is for this. There's probably a better way to achieve it.
