Hello Experts,

I have a problem with BAPI_ABSENCE_CREATE.

I call this from a workflow but i get this error on return "No Authorization to maintain absence 0004".

What kind of error is that.

I make an absence from pa61 for this employee without errors.

Any help ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

What kind of authorisation your WF-BATCH user has? Check that ...may help.

The problem solved with an entry 'SAP_ALL' to profiles tab on su01 for the user WF-BATCH.

Thanks all for your help.

Hi,

Have done locking of employee before calling the BAPI? After that unlocking should be done ofcourse and check the BAPI if you need to do add the commit statement.

Check this thread for BAPIs used for locking and unlocking: [|]
