    Hi,

    Go to Services.msc

Stop the following services manually and try starting it again

    1. SAP B1 Back up Service

    2. SAP B1 DI Server

    3. SAP B1 License manager

    4. SAP B1 Messaging Service

    5. TAO NT Naming Service

Note: Among this 5, it is mandatory to run SAP B1 License manager and TAO NT Naming Service

Are you in 8.8 version? Where is your licensing server?

    Thanks,

    Hi all,

I had the same issue and I believe it has something to do with corrupted registry.

You don't need to reformat your server or anything, just make another admin user in your server, and start using that account instead of the old one.

If the sap services is still not showing on the new account, try reinstalling the server tools.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Jude

      Hi All....

This is the issue is caused because of SAP registry file (b1-current-user) corruption.

      To Resolve Folow the steps

      1. Create another User with administrator roles.

      2. Login Server/PC with the newly created User and Check the server tools services. if it is OK.

      3. Programfiles/Users/Default/Loginname/AppData/Local/SAP/SAP Business One/b1-current-user

      4. Copy the file (b1-current-user)

      5. Login With Administrator

      6. Replace the existing file in the Administrator User location.

      7. Now Check the server tools

      Kalyan.........
