Rebates not appearing in agreement

Hello,

We cannot see any accured rebates in the rebate agreement. We have run the VBOF but still cannot see the accruals in agreement. What to do ?

Hi,

If you have already run the transaction VBOF, then check your Condition record in the RebateAgreement.

Possibly you have not specified the Accrual rate there. You need to maintain both the Rebaterate and accrual rate in the condition record.

After that do a full cycle from order to Billing and post the billingto accounting so that accrual will also be posted to accounting and it will be updated in your Rebate Agreement.
