Facing an issue on QA32 and results recording

Hi Gurus,

I need your help on this one. We are currently facing an issue with transaction QA32 and its Results recording.

During results completion for inspection lots, via transaction QA32, when multiple operations are being completed, we can no longer complete each operation without SAP returning us to the SAP Easy Access menu screen.

In QA32, we select the lots that requires Result Recording. We select that line and click Change Results. We enter results (E.x COM) and upon saving the results, it redirects us to the "Results Recording: Initial Screen", if we click back, it returns us to SAP Easy access screen which is incorrect because we need to be able to return to the QA32 Worklist for Inspection Lots screen, so that we can continue with completing results or Usage Decisions for the inspection lots that were selected and displayed originally.

Please advise. An OSS note would be a possible solution, but which note?
