hi,

how to create multiple batches in same production order and how to pack different batches in packing.

while doing GR ,You can split the quantity as per the batch quantity and assign the batch number in GR goods movement and add other line item for other batch( in Co11n or MIGO/MB31. ANd issue the respective batch and quantity for packing

example i need to pack around 100nos with multiple batches. please advise me.

in one cassette i will pack 100units this i am doing through packing instruction.

but some times i need to pack 90units or 110units too.

in this 90units and 100units with multiple batches

packing we are doing with production order ref through COWBPACK.

kindly give me configuration steps to run above requirement.

Hi,

You can do multiple batches assignment for one packing in COWBPACk BY giving quantity material batch No seperately with ref to order

yes we can give the multiple batches in the cowbpack but we are receiving more no of packs

in that i recd for 900nos 225 in one batch 100 in one batch 350nos in one batch 125nos in one batch and

100 in final batch. if it is 100 no problem it will fit in to one pack for remaining 25,50 also packed separate pack

finally if i want club 25 & 50 nos while out bound delivery how to do this. because please check above batches

255025 are there in three batches if i want to club this 3 batch nos in to one pack with 100nos how to do this.
