LIS LTP purchase planning

Dear ALL ,

Im trying to use planning facitily in LIS .In Report MCE7 ,Im not the values for planned /actuals values in edit -> comparison ->planned/actuals

I maintained planning scenario and setup data

MS31 planning scenario

MS70 setupdata

I created the requirements in MD61

I can able to see the planning scenario value in MCAE /MCAB/MCAC

But not able to get planned values in MCE1 /MCE3 /MCE7

Could anyone help on this
