RFx Response Dynamic Attribute Sending Error

Hi Experts,

I added only one dynamic and weighted-mandatory- yes/no attribute field to the item of RFx and published it as purchaser. Then i logged on to the SRM system with the contact person's user. I maintained bid's price and selected appropriate answer for the mandatory dynamic attribute. While i'm trying to send the bid response, system gives error "Line 0001: Attribute XXX is mandatory; maintain attribute value". and then realized that system clears the attribute value while i pressed Submit button. I tried to use other attribute types ( date, char, quantity etc) but again same error. I checked all active badi's and couldn't find a coding for this. Also I'm able to send RFx responses which has no dynamic attributes. I checked all customizing settings but couldn't find the root cause. Can you please help?

My SRM system is SRM 7.0 with support package SAPKIBKV07.
