BAPI for Create / Modify Outbound Delivery

Hello all,

I want to CREATE and CHANGE Outbound Deliveries with reference to a Intercompany Order.

But I am exploring for any BAPI available for this.

Any input on this will be very much helpfull.

Please suggest any BAPI available for this
