Information systems

Hi,

The client Director was mention in a meeting that we will be having Customer Information Systems or Information systems for Reporting in SAP. This helps in generating reports of customers based on different criteria like open item display, aging, by credit representative. A litlte configuration is required to set up which will use the customer information and creates Logistics Infromation tables.

Any idea what this is and what are all the reports we can use with this.

Could someone throw some light on this.

      I finally figured about the Information systems they are talking about. IIt is about the report in AR - S_ALR_87012167 - Accounts Receivable Information System report.

      Can I merge difft evaluation types like customer number, credit control area, acconting clerk, risk category into a variant available in this report and generate reports? Please help me. This will help me in the solution I am looking for, might fit to the requirement. Throw some light on this report.
