Copy actual to plan

Dears,

someone knows if there is a way to copy the actual value present in a cost center in the version 0 as planned values in another version? I tried with transaction KP98 but it is not useful in this case since that transaction copies the actual value present in the cost center xxx in the version 0 as actual value of the cost center xxx in the version YY.
