Copy actual to plan

Dears,

someone knows if there is a way to copy the actual value present in a cost center in the version 0 as planned values in another version? I tried with transaction KP98 but it is not useful in this case since that transaction copies the actual value present in the cost center xxx in the version 0 as actual value of the cost center xxx in the version YY.

Hi,

There is no such a thing as 'actual values in version YY'. Actual values are stored only in version 0, and KP98 is the right transaction for your requirement.

If you try to run this transaction you can see by yourself that the system copies all the values in the actual side and in the plan side only the value related to primary cost center...so if I need the value coming from the allocation cycle I need to copy them in the new version and re run, but I I need the values of the confirmation of activities there is no way. I need to recreate the actual picture in a simulation version in order to be able to simulate the actual cost calculation avoiding to use the standard transaction.

I'm afraid, here is again mix of terms... What is "primary cost centre"? Do you mean 'cost element'? As for your remark, regarding the activity allocation values, you are right, but that's how the system works. Please, read note 407984 for further info.
