Variant Issue while using with BEx Analyzer

Hi,

I have a hierarchy and a hierarchy node variable in the selection screen of my query. When i launch the query in portal and create a variant and run the query, it works perfectly. When i lauch the same query in BEx Analyzer it gives me the following warning "Node is not in hierarchy for infoobject 0PROFIT_CTR " and does not show any data.

However if i re-create the variant again in BEx analyzer it works fine. This is happening only with the hierarchy node variables. Is there a note or any way i can fix this issue
