Common Role_Multiple Users_Different Locations_Organizational Level Config

Dear SDN,

Kindly help on my query, we had created Roles

Eg:

ZFI_GL_MAST_DISPLAY

ZFI_AP_MAST_CREATE_CHANGE

ZFI_AP_PAYMENT

ZFI_BANK_MAST_CREATE_CHANGE

and need to assign USERS from location A, B and C to use a common role. Is it possible to define in SAP system to assign " Plant, Profit Centre & Cost Centre" as per User ID, not per Role. There should be only one role with multiple users and users should be able to enter only assigned Plant & Profit Centre. Kindly solve this.
