Saving webi documents

I am trying to configure my security model so that users are able to edit existing reports, but then only save that report to their personal folder (My Favourites). However, at present, if a user edits a report and then selects save they are not able to save it to the folder (correct), but also not to My Favourites. When I come out of the save option, I click the save disk icon, then it saves the report to the folder - not what I want at all. I just want them to save to their My Favourties folder. Is this a configuration setting, or a bug in XI3.1 SP2?
